Can PCOS be cured permanently?

Do all fibroids need surgery?
No. Small fibroids without symptoms only need monitoring. Surgery such as myomectomy or hysterectomy is considered for heavy bleeding, pressure symptoms, rapid growth or fertility problems, and keyhole options are preferred when suitable.
When should I have my first Pap smear and how often?
